Your satisfaction as a dedicated customer is our goal. If your product arrives defective, please contact us immediately for instructions on receiving a replacement item. For damaged or missing product that occurs as a result of shipping, please document the damage so that we may open a claim with the shipping carrier. All correspondence on such matters may be directed to email@example.com.
We can not be responsible for errors in shipping caused by erroneous address submission. It is the responsibility of the consumer to submit a correct shipping address before finalizing the order. Once the product is delivered, it must be secured by consumer. We will not assume responsibility for missing or stolen items once delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.
Please allow up to 10 days for delivery within the continental United States and up to 8 weeks for international orders. Parcel tracking is not available for orders delivered outside of the United States.
Import tariffs may be assessed by Customs officials on international orders and are the responsibility of the purchaser.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL, there will be no refunds or credits issued. Exchange permitted for the identical item ordered in the case of defective or damaged product. Personalized/autographed items are FINAL SALE.
